1st Advantage Mortgage, a Draper and Kramer company, welcomes John Elias as their new President, joining Founder and current CEO, Paul Lueken, on the Executive leadership team.
Prior to joining 1st Advantage, John worked as an Independent Executive Consultant within the Financial Services industry, providing operational and financial analysis to improve efficiencies and net profitability. John also previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for the second largest independent retail mortgage bank in the United States. He oversaw all procedures and maintained full profit and loss responsibility, including three corporate divisions and a total of over 2,500 employees. During his tenure, mortgage originations grew from $1 Billion to over $14 Billion annually.
