Athletic Revolution Hilliard announces the addition of the Weakness to Strength Sunday Training Academy to its repertoire of superior strength and conditioning programs.
Columbus, OH, April 19, 2015 –(PR.com)– This program is the ultimate performance optimization for your young athlete. Each participant will be tested to determine exactly where s/he is lacking for her/his sport and position. Their trainers will design a specific program to target these weak points while maintaining or growing strengths.
Athletic performance is determined by a number of factors—strength, stamina, mobility, etc. Each sport and position can require a drastically different set of skills and abilities. That’s why pinpointing and correcting weaknesses while maintaining strengths is so important for improving performance and avoiding injury.
The Weakness to Strength Sunday Training Academy is open to athletes ages 8-22 and begins on May 24. Class runs from 3:45-4:45 p.m.
