Ramseur, Jr. has been reappointed to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission by Governor Pat McCrory. Ramseur will fill the public member seat on the Commission through July, 2018. The Commission is responsible for the regulation of approximately 100,000 real estate firms and agents in the state.
Ramseur is a partner at the law firm of Ragsdale Liggett PLLC and chair of its real estate department. His practice is focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, real estate financing and development, tax and entity structuring, lease negotiations and drafting and real estate litigation.
