SoHo, a tight twist in a deep pile construction, is inspired by the excitement and elegance of its namesake Lower Manhattan neighborhood. Luxe, on the other hand, derives its name from the simple fact that it is the softest, most luxurious product Berkshire Flooring has ever made. Leveraging new technology, Luxe is made from a new super soft PET fiber called Ultrasoft. The soft touch and the deep pile give a very high end look and feel to the product.
Both products are manufactured using Berkshire Flooring’s invisible cut technology and produce the most seamless installation available in the market. The tiles are peel and stick with an attached cushion perfect making for a very simple installation.
