Roese has more than 30 years of experience in finance and real estate and most recently served as a division controller for nationwide homebuilder Taylor Morrison.
Roese began his career in certified public accounting, offering a wide variety of auditing, consulting and tax services for clients in real estate, development and construction among other industries. During his multi-faceted career, he managed REO assets, owned an active real estate brokerage and served in high-level positions with a number of homebuilders. Roese founded and served as one of the principals of high-end homebuilder Westmont Homes. At Fountainhead, he will serve on the management team and oversee all aspects of financial risk, planning and construction administration for the company.
