Included among the site’s daily live fire cooking content is a diverse array of recipes — from the basics such as grilled chicken and steaks — to the innovative and extreme such as the zero carb all bacon bun burger and the candied bacon cinnamon roll burger; countless tips such as how to grill moist chicken breasts and smoking the perfect rack of ribs; grilling resources and reviews; and more.

“With the launch of Grillocracy, my goal is to create an online resource for backyard cooks worldwide who want to amp up their grilling game. Growing up, grilling was all about burnt hot dogs, tasteless burgers, and dried out chicken breasts. But in truth there is very little that can’t be done on the grill – from appetizers to side dishes to desserts and so much more – and I’m firing it up on the site year-round,” stated Cantwell.
