Nov. 10, 2006 – DJ EJ, coming straight from Cordele, Ga., is the name to familiarize yourself with if you love dirty-south hip-hop. Fresh working hard on a mixtape with Queen of the Ghetto, Riskay “The Drama Queen”, he is fully focused and ready to drop some of the hottest dirty south mixtapes this winter.
Born and raised in the capitol of dirty-south hip-hop, Georgia, DJ EJ is enjoying keeping local clubs in Cordele and surrounding areas jumping. DJ EJ has decided to take his career to another level with his new mixtape series. “Hopefully, I can do the mixtapes and still DJ at local clubs on the side”, said EJ.
A mixtape to look for coming from EJ is one he just did with the femme superstar of the South, Riskay. It’s titled “2 Sides 2 a King and a Queen”. Fans can look for this mixtape around Thanksgiving time at the earliest. With EJ and Riskay working together, its sure to be a hit in the streets. “Riskay is tight work man”, said EJ. “She is the tightest female rapper I came across”.
DJ EJ also plans on doing projects with artists such as Kadillak, Chyna White, Don P (Cordele, GA), and Miss Kamesha who is out of Albany, Ga. DJ EJ, always making progressive movements, he has plans on becoming a new Hittmen DJ member soon. DJ EJ has recently launched an entertainment company called, DJ EJ Entertainment. He will be releasing his first album entitled “Mista 229″, which fans can expect in March of 2007 on his new label.
