In this role, Jim leads efforts for maintenance asset management, equipment reliability and availability optimization, continuous improvement and employee development.
Jim brings a balanced background of experience in plant operations, quality, productivity, maintenance and reliability, safety, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), continuous improvement, and personnel development. His career has included responsibilities in the industrial, manufacturing and biotech markets with leadership positions at Corbion, Guardian Industries and Knauf Insulation.
