London based Karen Neale is the official MCC artist and recently published her book of London Landscapes. Bletchley Park Post Office used her studies of Lord’s cricket ground to create a series of match day souvenirs. The combination of original paintings with a specially cancelled stamp issue provided cricket fans with a unique memento of the big matches at Lord’s. As limited editions the future values are sure to rise. The Christmas cover completes the set for 2006.
