New Look Drinkon Site Gives Greater Visual Impact To Featured Brands

Nov. 9, 2006 – This week sees the launch of a new-look website for leading online drinks retailer Drinkon. The new website and online shop has improved visual impact, devoting more space to displaying brands and delivering an all-round better shopping experience for the customer.

Since the Scottish-based company began trading in 2000, the company’s aim has been to offer the best range of alcoholic drinks on the web, through an attractive, secure and user-friendly e-commerce channel. With sales increasing at a rate of over 55% annually, this has proved a successful formula, with spirits sales in particular soaring.

Said Owner and Co-founder Lucy Mitchell ‘The new design will make it easier for our customers to move quickly around the site to find what they need. At the same time, the higher impact visuals provide greater prominence to featured brands and we hope this will have a positive influence on sales volumes in the run up to the Christmas period.
