Positioning for Victory

Dec. 20, 2006 – On the 11th of November Gene Zarkin (‘Zarkin and Partners’ Branding Agency) held a seminar ‘Positioning in PR’, which was organized by the ‘Victory’ magazine was held in Saint-Petersburg (Russia). The seminar was attended by the leading experts of St. Petersburg companies: Top Service Cleaning, ‘Russian Duke’, ‘Project 111’, ‘Medline-Express’ and others. The seminar participants got information about the peculiarities of positioning in PR based on examples of marketing strategies that were worked out for both famous consumer brands in Russia and the USA (for example, Ralf Ringer shoes, the analogue of ECCO in the Russian market) and for the companies that work in the B2B market (PR campaign ‘System Sensor’ vs. ’Hone Alone’ for the ‘Unitest’ Company, Moscow).
