Lake Park, FL, May 25, 2015 –(PR.com)– The South Florida Music Festival will once again bring a variety of musical performances to the region, starting with blues artist Seth Walker at the Mo’s Art Theater on June 14, 2015.
Originating in 2012, the SFMF was a two-day bluegrass festival in Jupiter, Fla. with three additional shows added to the Mo’s Art Theater in Lake Park. Three years later, it will bring a number of concerts to the community this year to include a variety of music styles.
The first in the concert series is on June 14 with opening artist Micah Scott performing at 7 P.M. and feature artist Seth Walker performing at 8 P.M. A founding member of the Killbillies and Jupiter, Fla. local, Scott has years of experience playing in Americana, rock and folk bands.
Featured artist Seth Walker’s blues music is influenced by his travels through Austin, Nashville, and New Orleans, creating a unique melting pot blues sound. From his sweet melodies to his southern-influenced song writing, Walker has developed a strong, devoted fan base and a reputation as an acclaimed modern roots artist. His albums have consistently earned rankings in the Top 20 of the Americana charts with a new album, Sky Still Blue, coming out June 10.
Tickets start at $20 and are available for purchase at the Mo’s Art Theater box office or online at mosarttheatre.tix.com. “Step out of your comfort zones,” said SFMF owner Kelly Bozeman, “and listen to something you normally would not. Who knows, you may just love it.”
