Daniel Guirl named Chairman of the bank’s Board of Directors.
St. Louis, MO, August 07, 2015 –(PR.com)– Business Bancshares, Inc., parent holding company for The Business Bank of St. Louis, announced that Daniel Guirl has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Business Bank of St. Louis, replacing Charles Thal who served as Chairman from 2011 through 2015.
Mr. Guirl has served on The Business Bank of St. Louis’ Board of Directors since 2007 and currently sits on the Business Bancshares, Inc. Board of Directors in addition to several other committees. “I am excited to help move The Business Bank forward and build on the great work of Chuck Thal, who helped navigate the Bank through a tumultuous time for the banking industry,” said Guirl.
Mr. Guirl is owner of General Automatic Transfer Company (GAT), a Fenton based manufacturing firm which engineers, fabricates, and installs industrial paint finishing systems for the steel manufacturing industry throughout North America.
