Sapiega brings an impressive utility-centered background to his new role as senior consultant, where he will oversee the advisory firm’s business process reengineering, requirements, testing and client side support.
With three decades of experience in CIS, mobile dispatching and mobile workforce management implementations, Sapiega possesses deep knowledge of all phases of utility projects for Investor Operated Utilities (IOUs) and municipalities, including market research, procurements, contract negotiation, implementations, quality assurances oversight and post go-live stabilization. Sapiega led two-dozen different implementations on platforms ranging from mainframes to handhelds for large IOUs and municipalities prior to joining TMG Consulting.
