Nov. 22, 2006 – The Investment Advisory Committee (IAC) is responsible for the due diligence, recommendations, and approvals on all investment targets for Imperiali Inc.
Reale is currently a Senior Partner with MapleWood Partners LLP, a Miami-based Private Equity Fund that specializes in middle markets, where he is in charge of post acquisition management. The portfolio companies of MapleWood Partners total approximately $500 million in revenue.
In addition to private equity fund experience, Reale brings an entrepreneurial background as well as a corporate background having served as Vice President for International Paper, where he had full P&L responsibility for a 3 divisioin, $900 million, 3,000 employee, international business with 12 manufacturing locations.
The addition of Reale further validates the investment expertise of Imperiali Inc. and its ability to successfully identify profitable investment targets and implement and proper growth and management strategy for global expansion.
Reale, who received his MBA from Dartmouth and his BS in Engineering from Hofstra, will be evaluating companies in his areas of expertise and may potentially play an active role in Imperiali Inc.’s development.
